The finding or development
Survey responses shaped the menus, typography and content cards. Participants completed 146 of 150 task attempts. The team checked selected text and background colours for contrast; it did not audit every accessibility criterion.
What supports it
A requirements survey with 127 potential users informed a prototype. Thirty participants then attempted five tasks each.
Reviewed: Publisher abstract and publication record reviewed 2 November 2026. Abstract-only review; full paper and task materials not examined.
Why it matters for design
Use this case to decide which claim each test can support. Task completion helps assess navigation; it cannot establish that everyone can read and operate the interface.
Read with this in mind
Five tasks on one prototype. The reviewed material does not establish accessibility conformance, assistive-technology coverage, learning gains or improvement against an earlier version.
